  • How long will my order take? Balloons are carefully prepared 48 hours in advance to ensure there are no flaws. Once ready, your order will be shipped to you for safe delivery.

  • Do you have any ready to ship options? Yes, from time to time we feature ready-to-ship options on our website.

  • How long do Bobo Balloons last? We use only the highest quality materials for our bespoke balloon gifts. If aftercare instructions are followed, your Bobo Balloon should last at least a week.

  • Can I collect my order? Yes, you can collect your order from our studio in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

  • What payment options are available? Payments can be made via EFT, bank card, or cash if collecting in person. A 50% deposit is required for all personal or custom orders, not chosen from the Ready-to-Ship options. Upon receving your quotation, a secure payment link will be provided for card payments.

  • What delivery options are available? We offer delivery via Courier Guy, PUDO points, or collection from our studio in Kempton Park.

  • Do you ship anywhere in South Africa? Yes! We proudly deliver bespoke balloon gifts nationwide.

  • Can I add my own item into the Bobo Balloon? Yes, you can personalise your Bobo Balloon with an item of your choice. Please ensure your item is delivered to our studio before preparation.

  • Are your balloon gifts fully customisable? Absolutely! You can specify colours, themes, and personalised touches using the Enquiry form on our website.

  • Can I order for a specific event date? Yes, please indicate your preferred delivery or collection date on the Enquiry form, and we’ll ensure your balloon gift arrives on time.

  • How should I care for my balloon gift? Keep your Bobo Balloon away from sharp objects and direct sunlight. Handle gently and follow aftercare instructions to maintain its quality and longevity.

  • Do you offer corporate or bulk orders? Yes! We can create bespoke balloon gifts for corporate events, promotions, or large celebrations. Contact us for a personalised quotation.
